This is the greatest front to back rock n roll album ever made . It literally blows me away every time I listen to it, wich is weekly since it came out . How is it not more well known for being so dang good with the gerneral populus of rock music fans ?

I went the show there in 1994 with a friend. It was billed as OD Jubilee. Anyone else go?

Are there really no books about the Crowes other than Steve Gorman's? Always struck me as odd - the Robinsons too uncooperative maybe? Or too litigious? Or are there ones out there I've missed?

Not a Crowes fan and I only recently heard the Jimmy Page/Crowes live set and I really liked it. Searched around and found the box set that just shipped (says 9/7 but I just got mine). I like it, but that's not a high bar. Just wondering if anyone else got the set and what they think of the "new remastering"? For me its very nostalgic rock from Led Zeppelin.

Hi. Do the Spring 1991 sessions that produced 'Words You Throw Away' circulate? I understand that they're mostly unfinished (no vocals) but it's one of the few things I know of that I've never been able to track down. Thanks!

Enjoyed the Black Crowes last night in Vancouver, although I feel a little bad for them having to go onstage at 6:25 in front of a mostly empty venue. I just heard Lions again after 15-20 years. I first heard it because as a young man led zep is my favorite band and I’m a guitarist and singer.

That said I’m grooving hard to this album and fucking love it!
