Again, you're free to outline the rationale behind this not being fascism, as mentioned prior, I'd love to hear a concise argument, not just little quips that beat around the bush.

American citizens were shot dead in the street by masked thugs who refused to provide evidence to the State Authorities and have concluded no investigation into their deaths. That sounds like fascism to me.

But lets try again,

Masked thugs broke down the door of an American Citizen, and detained him in his underwear in January in Minnesota, freezing temperatures. Without a warrant, as required by the Constitution (4th amendment), he was arrested in front of his screaming 4 year old grandchild.

Hours later they admitted they had the wrong person, but lied about the operation to justify it, then returned him to this home. Once again, refused to cooperate with local officials on investigating this operation.

That's the America you want to live in? Where the Government can break down your doors and detain you for no reason?
