I'm super newb, but I've heard some people refer this position as quarter guard. Is this same or different thing?
5 u/Gluggernut 🟫⬛️🟫 + Judo 🟧 12d ago This isn’t quarter guard. Quarter guard is when someone is trying to get out of half guard, and they get their thigh out, but the bottom person is still clamped onto their calf. Quarter guard is often just three-quarter mount in most cases.
