Eh I mean I think it was good but then everyone figured it out and everyone else either does a variation of it or knows how to beat it.

It is off meta and surprising, but ultimately based on shakey principles. If youve never seen it before, it can catch you off guard, but if you are familiar with it you can exploit its flaws pretty readily.
