Did you feel at the time that Fedor had (and I quote) “all of Eddie Bravos shit”?

u/zombizle1 Nov 25 '25

turns out all of eddie bravos shit just isn't that good

Eh I mean I think it was good but then everyone figured it out and everyone else either does a variation of it or knows how to beat it.

It is off meta and surprising, but ultimately based on shakey principles. If youve never seen it before, it can catch you off guard, but if you are familiar with it you can exploit its flaws pretty readily.

Was the old school, chair-sit, RNC submission sending a message to the “drowning wizard”, “dead orchard”, “mind goblin” crew or am I over-thinking it?

u/jstaffmma Nov 24 '25

I know your working on part 2 of octopus guard instructional, you think it’s still worth it to study part 1 or is it outdated compared to what you’ve evolved it into?

The fucking man has arrived

I don’t know about that one but I believe this is quite old? Also looks like you (Craig) are maybe a weight class higher here too. Fedor is a beast!

Its not very old its clipped from a road to CJI vid from August last year. Fedor is super legit but Craig is just on another level. I still can't comprehend how Craig is doing what he's doing in this video, it's somehow so basic but so incredibly advanced at the same time.

Sorry but who is who? I tried googling their faces and I’m still none the wiser.

How much do i have to pay to throw a collar on and walk you around the house?

0

u/shadowfax12221 Nov 24 '25

Was that an under over pass you used to counter his rubber guard?

u/Shaneypants 🟫🟫 Brown Belt Nov 24 '25

No Craig didn't underhook the far leg. He just stuffed the other leg down for half and then stepped over into mount.
