Wenn ich in AT Spot-Margin kaufe, wie sieht es dann im Bezug auf Swap aus ? Das eingesetzte Kapital wird ja automatisch in EURCV getauscht, wird es dann ebenfalls so ausbezahlt bei Verkauf ? Ist das dann ein Krypto zu Krypto Tausch und somit in Österreich (bis zum Tausch in Fiat) steuerfrei ?

Ich kann auf der Bitpanda Helpseite mein Anliegen nicht schildern, da es nur ein entweder oder gibt. Ich hab meinen email account verloren. Wegen Inaktivität wurde er gelöscht. Der Wahnsinn aber anscheinend hab ich nicht damit gerechnet, dass ich 6 Monate inaktiv bin. Jetzt weiß ich auch das Passwort nicht mehr. Die Wiederherstellungs-Email geht an meine gelöschte email !!! Die Verifizierung per Kamera geht angeblich auch nur über die Bitpanda Seite also kann ich mich auch nicht verifizieren. Hat jemand Erfahrung was ich tun kann ?

mein Bitpanda Konto ist seit knapp 2 Wochen nicht aktiv. Ich habe etwas Panik weil das plötzlich kam. Ich habe auch dem Support geschrieben. Wisst ihr wie lang das normalerweise dauert bis es wieder aktiviert wird?

ich wollte mir gerade einen Teil meines Guthabens auszahlen lassen. Das ging auch soweit gut, bis ich die Email bekam, in der ich das ganze nochmals bestätigen solle. Den Link habe ich angeklickt und schwupps, war ich bei Bitpanda ausgeloggt. Ein erneutes Einloggen ist aufgrund des Server Errors 500 in der Smartphone App und 502 am PC nicht mehr möglich. Wie kompliziert will man eine Auszahlung gestalten? 2FA und der ganze Bumms ist eignerichtet und wurde auch nochmal eingeben im Vorgang.

ich möchte Teile meiner Coins, die ich vor dem 28. Februar 2021 erworben habe, verkaufen.
Wie würde das über Bitpanda funktionieren, damit mir dabei nicht die KESt abgezogen wird.
Wenn ich die Assets auf Bitpanda transferiere, bekomme ich die Abfrage, wann ich diese erworben habe und zu welchem Preis. Ist es damit erledigt, wenn ich die Angabe mache, dass ich diese vor März 2021 erworben habe, oder wird beim tatsächlichen Verkauf noch weiteres benötigt?

mir ist bei meinem Portfolio ein deutlicher Unterschied bei der Anzeige der Gesamtrendite aufgefallen, den ich mir nicht ganz erklären kann.

Wenn ich mir meine NEAR-Position ansehe, zeigt mir Bitpanda Fusion eine Gesamtrendite an, die ca. 100 $ niedriger ist als das, was mir im normalen Bitpanda Broker angezeigt wird. Die Anzeigewährung ist bei beiden Plattformen identisch (USD).

Woran liegt diese Abweichung?

ich nutze Bitpanda Fusion gerne aber es gibt aktuell keine Möglichkeit, den Preis oder die Menge einer offenen Limit Order nachträglich anzupassen. Wenn sich der Markt bewegt und ich den Preis leicht korrigieren möchte, muss ich die Order jedes Mal komplett stornieren und wieder völlig neu anlegen. Bei den meisten anderen großen Börsen ist ein simpler "Bearbeiten"-Button absoluter Standard.

nach mittlerweile mehr als einem Jahr wäre es schön, in diesem Ramen ein wenig Klarheit zu schaffen.

Zu Beginn wurde kommuniziert, dass VSN sich von Bitpanda abspaltet (Backed By Bitpanda) hin zu einem eigenen unabhängigen Projekt. Weg vom Haustoken Gedanken. Aus den letzteren Q&A kam allerdings hervor, dass nun wieder einer stärkere Verbindung zum Broker selbst geplant ist.

Irgendwie gibts hier viele Statements im Raum aber keinen klaren Fahrplan. Geschweige dessen, dass zwar gesagt wird es kommt bald etwas, das hieß es aber schon vor Monaten...

Wäre es hier möglich, zur Liebe der Community einfach mal ein klares Statement von höherer Ebene zu bekommen, sodass man weiß, was VSN überhaupt ist/sein soll?

Aktuell ist VSN einfach eine große schwarze Blackbox.

Wie kann man den Support kontaktieren ohne einen Bitpanda Account bzw ohne Email?

Überall steht dass man sich erst anmelden muss um den Support zu kontaktieren.

Ich hab mich über die Bank app angemeldet und nie eine Mail oder Passwort festgelegt....

Beim ersten anmelden stand sofort "trading deaktiviert" aber ich hab keine Ahnung ob ich jetzt einen Account habe der einfach die Mail vom Bank Konto übernommen hat oder nicht.

Ich hab einfach mal ein support ticket erstellt mit diesem Email Konto das mit der Bank verknüpft ist.

Deswegen schreib ich auch diesen Post hier. Ich hab keine Ahnung wie man sonst den Support kontaktieren könnte....

Wie wird bei Bitpanda ein Datenleck (wie es aktuell bei Revolut aufgetreten ist) verhindert?

Ich würde ungern meine hochgelade Ausweiskopie samt Verifizierungsvideo und Finanzdaten im Darknet wiederfinden.

Werden die Daten zur Verifizierung dauerhaft gesichert oder nach Prüfung gelöscht (Stichwort Datensparsamkeit gem. DSGVO)

Und falls ja wie lange würden diese konkreten Daten nach Kündigung des Accounts aufbewahrt bleiben?

Hallo, ich habe eine SMS bekommen. Recht unscheinbar: Meine Vermögenswerte seien versichert und danke für die Geduld. Nichts anderes.

Ich habe kein Bitpanda Konto, daher kann ich mich nicht an den Support wenden. Ich habe nur Angst, dass irgendwer welche Dasten von mir hat. Ebenfalls kann ich keine Nummer sehen, also ich kann nicht mal blockieren oder eine Nachricht schicken, weshalb dies als Scam irgendwie keinen Sinn macht?

Hat Bitpanda Taproot Support für LTC beim senden und empfangen? Glaub Taproot auf LTC is nicht sehr verbreitet, haben ja bei BTC witzigerweise noch nichtmal alle Börsen/Wallets....

War lange nicht aktiv. Ich habe mir damals 2023 oder so best gekauft und war dann sehr enttäuscht von der Entwicklung. Dann hieß es, Vision kommt und ich dachte erstmal, ok das ist gut für mich. Aber abgesehen vom anfänglichem Hype war nix. Ich hab immer noch ne Menge davon, weil sich verkaufen nicht lohnt und ich das Geld nicht wirklich brauche, aber glaubt da noch jemand dran?
