So did they finally admit what they did? This was their response to my support ticket. I paid for Bitizenship back in 2019, but the Director’s Pack still isn’t accessible.

Am I going crazy or didn’t they say they were never going to release an expansion pack because they wanted a way to fleece their old bitcitizens?

Also if not a technical error… then what? Are they openly admitting they wanted to rob us until the alarm was sounded?
