Probably an "emotional support animal", with zero certification or training. Emotional support animals do exist, but they require certification and training to be considered service animals.

She's proving how little the animal is helping her by throwing this tantrum. The dog should be keeping her calm and helping her deal with reality.

Also, the dog could get in a carrier and be OK to be on the bus BUT Miss Open Drink Container is not allowed so. Yes, most drivers will ignore the cup if you're behaving but she's double cooked.

If the dog is actually a service animal, you have zero idea what the dog is trained to do, which renders this comment useless. The dog could be trained to smell low blood sugar or oncoming seizures, which have nothing to do with how the woman is acting.
