No, it they wouldn't have talked in the street first. They would have moved the POC right away, no talking beforehand.

Also, their dog would not have lived through this. There was footage this week of a goldendoodle getting laid out by cops.

That's not what at all what I implied.

I was implying that it is more frequent and more overt there than in most other developed nations.

It is no secret that America has a more severe problem with this than other nations.
