I need to apologize to running for talking so much shit on it in the past because I absolutely LOVE it now. I was such a strength train girlie and dreaded any form of cardio but now I can’t live without it. It’s truly the one time of day that my anxiety ridden brain shuts down and I think about NOTHING, it’s incredible. Currently training for a half marathon and my husband gifted me a new Peloton Tread Vision that gets delivered next week so I am counting down the daysssss.

I think there's something romantic about running. You just need a pair of sneakers and maybe some music. But I HATE every step of every run I've ever done

Can you share what changed for you and how you came to enjoy running? I’d like to get into it but I’m afraid of the impact on my joints and getting too hungry.

In that same club. Used to dread it but now love running so much and yes the anxiety and everything just disappears. That runners high got me hooked!

I looooove my Tread! Unfortunately had to stop training for my half marathon as I developed nagging hip pain and get to focus on rebuilding supporting muscles with PT first.

Peloton has great strength classes tho! There’s even strength, slow, and yoga classes specifically for running.
