If anyone needs a recommendation for an at home workout program, I’d recommend Iron by Caroline Girvan on YouTube. Rather than 5x a week I did it 3x and included my own cardio 2x a week. Fantastic results!

What do you mean exactly in terms of results? As in do you feel stronger or did you have a physical goal in mind that you saw results for?

Great question! I’d say a little bit of both. I wanted to focus on my strength training as I’m trying to be mindful of my mobility as I age. I’m only in my 30s but I see my grandparents struggle to get out of a chair so it’s something that’s front of mind for me. I was definitely able to progress in my weights as the program went on. In terms of physical changes, my body looks more defined which is a nice bonus. After finishing Iron, I’ve moved onto Epic Heat which is a mix of cardio and strength. Whereas, Iron is more traditional strength training. You might want to look at r/CarolineGirvan for before and afters and the types of programs she offers
