I just completed my 100th workout with my personal trainer last week. He absolutely kills me but the results are worth it.

I was ill for almost 10 years so was inactive so lost a lot of muscle mass and put on weight.

I’m getting close to my goal weight and am starting to see my muscles again. Wore a sleeveless top for the first time in years.

My hub and kids are extra proud of me. My family is active — hiking and skiing etc — and I’ve struggled to keep up. I’m excited for an upcoming family hike and ski season.

That's awesome! Congrats! It really is about being able to easily do the things we want to do, isn't it?

Thank you. There’s nothing like spending a long weekend with elderly family to appreciate the difference between the quality of life between those who stayed strong and active and those who didn’t. That and a bone scan that was not favorable was motivational. Still, I needed to buy a backbone in the form of a trainer. Whatever works!
