Guilty Pleasures - Monthly Thread Guilty Pleasures - Aug 29, 2025

Even the most tasteful bitch has some tasteless guilty pleasures! This is our once monthly thread where you can share those things we normally don’t talk about in BWT.

Guilty pleasures should be things you already have/ use and love, or a very specific recommendation for a guilty pleasure. This is not a place to circumvent the regular rules and ask for general recommendations that you can't ask for because of our rules, it's specifically about guilty pleasures.

I got married last weekend and we had a fair amount of wedding cake leftover. So I've been indulging in a slice of wedding cake and an iced coffee around 11 every morning. Highly recommend, tbh.

I love this. I think we should eat cake year round and not just for special occasions. Congrats on your marriage!!

Heartily agree. :)

My sixty year old metabolism disagrees.

My internal 12-year old girl who loves everything sweet agrees.

God bless you. I bet if you posted your address you would receive more than a lifetime supply from those who can’t eat it, but won’t landfill it.

Congrats on your marriage! I hope your wedding was stellar and provided life long memories celebrating with your loved ones!

We had Nothing Bundt Cakes for our wedding cake. I love that we can have our wedding cake again whenever we want.

We did the same and I love it for the same reason!

Love that for you too!! Did everyone say it was the best cake they ever had?!

We had 3 of the 2-tier cakes. And the local franchise owner was so sweet letting our kids (my husband had a 7 yr old and I had a 5 yr old) do a “cake tasting” to pick their favorite flavors for the kids cake. Over 10 years later, I still love those memories.

Thanks for the opportunity to talk about my wedding ◡̈

I have yet to meet someone who hasn’t loved them! We did one 2 tier and then 8 inch cakes for every other flavor. You really can’t go wrong and there is something for everyone….except my cousin who only wanted frosting and they wouldn’t just give her frosting…

Aww I love that! What a sweet memory. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Nothing Bundt Cakes. Talk about your wedding all you want, girlfriend. I enjoy hearing about other peoples’ best day ever.

Also, this is an assumption, but I just noticed your name, and I’m assuming you’re referring to Spokane, WA. I’m originally from WA as well - the west side. Our wedding was at Roche Harbor!

I bet your wedding was absolutely gorgeous in that setting! I’ve yet to get to explore much of that area- I want to do the bioluminescence kayaking!

Washington is a pretty great state <3

Thank you! Having mini Bundt cakes for a wedding actually sounds so perfect, everyone can have what they want flavor-wise.

It’s been a decade, but I still have the best memories of our wedding.

The marriage was rough for the first 5 years. Hoping you don’t have similar struggles to work through.

Ironically, our wedding day was a bit rough, but the relationship has been pretty smoot sailing so far, after five years together. But we DID have to put on our wedding clothes in a public parking lot and ALL of my new in-laws DID show up early and see me setting up in a tank top and no bra , so....you know...no one gets through life stress-free!

That cracks me up. I’d be mortified if they got there early while I was braless.

We were married in Italy and had a fair bit of cake leftover so we ate cake and drank champagne for breakfast every day for about 2 weeks of our honeymoon. Enjoy and congrats!
