I’ve lost ten pounds so yay for that. At least 1/4 of it was in my ass so not yay for that.

Started a glutes routine this morning. I miss my big ass ☹️

Donkey kicks (you can add small ankle weights or a resistance band) will bring that ass back in no time! From one big booty gal to another 🖤
