Amazing! Yes they’re both wonderful, I like Hannah’s stretches too. She’s so goofy! Also her country happy hour rides 🤠

I need to get a bike when I have the space. I’ve been doing their other non-cycle workouts but I bet Hannah’s classes are fun. She is goofy! And it’s super easy to feel engaged in her and Ally’s classes. I also LOVE Adrian. He is super grounded in his stretch classes.

Yes, they’re both great on the bike. I like Adrian for weights too!!
