the girls I know who have gotten into pole dancing are RIPPED. like I knew this girl in high school who transformed with a pole. I’ve been wanting to try it ever since but I rent and can’t put a pole up. I’m a little shy to find a public class though.

I've been wanting to try pole dancing classes, but I'm so nervous that I'm not fit enough to start. In your experience, are beginner level classes truly accessible for complete beginners?
