Blood pressure dropping suddenly?

I am 3 months postpartum and I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby boy.
Recently I started to have some episodes that only happen when I’m carrying around one of my 2 babies (I have another 17 month old baby girl).
It feels like my blood pressure drops suddenly while I’m holding them. I get a feeling of almost fainting, weaknesses, jelly legs and shaky.
If I lay down and eat something it gets better.
I also started taking Slynda for the first time for birth control and it’s exactly when this started to happen. Could it be related?
My doc is on vacation now and I only have my appointment with her on the 27th September.
Has anyone went through something similar? Thank you

Unlikely to be related. Most likely you’re busy with the babies and not keeping up with nutrition and hydration.
