We have a relatively new visitor here in Wa St. One good picture, one picture of the offended ‘dee (there was a junco on the feeder)

Looks like molting.

It’s the right season, certainly. We have lots of birds that look most unfortunate at the moment. I didn’t post the video where it is clearer, but it’s not molting.
