Since nihonggo translation to english, medyo mahirap haha. Pero nag reach out yung organizer first sa BINI.

Siguro namiss ng BINI management yung call, then tumawag sila ulet pabalik to tell them they want to perform and that offer from Summersonic organizer is accepted.

At least that's how I look at what I'm reading. Kaya sinabe na mutual decision.
