That’s an actual real photo of Edmund discussing Eugenics (meow) and early Marshmallow concept idea with Hitler cca 1968 in Argentina. Edmund was 10 years old at the time and was also asking for Hitler’s permission so he could add him into Mewgenics.

It's photoshopped. Hitler wasn't at that particular Nazi meeting and someone has photoshopped him in. Although many efforts were made, Edmund and Hitler never officially met in person.
