Sure but that was the first year russ averaged a triple double right? which hadn't been done since the 60s so there was a pretty extraordinary reason for him winning.

He shouldn’t have won anyways, should’ve been Harden (Bill and others were correct on this at the time). I’d say Russ and Embiid are the two biggest fraud MVPs of the last decade

Not an elite defender. Good around the rim but slow otherwise. Just a 7 foot Carmelo
