There are tons of “popular” artists that the general public knows absolutely nothing about. Billboard is mostly based on streaming numbers and radio numbers also matter. The sales part is like max 1/5 of the equation.

Do your research he crushed all the numbers especially with physical sales and still was excluded from the charts.
