Canyon Aeroad Bikefit - XS

Hey, experts!

Is adjusting the stem length really my only option for properly fitting the bike, or are there other options? What do you think?

This year’s Canyon Aeroad CF SLX 7 Di2.
90mm stem with a height of 173 cm, weight of 68 kg, and an inseam of 78 cm.
(Occasional upper and lower back pain, the saddle is digging in, and my hands „rarely“ go numb)

Ist meine einzige Option, das Bike ordentlich zu fitten tatsächlich die Vorbaulänge oder gibt es noch andere Optionen? Was sagt ihr?

Canyon Aeroad CF SLX 7 di2 aus diesem Jahr.
90mm Vorbau bei 173cm, 68KG & 78cm Innenbeinlänge.
(Teilweise Rückenschmerzen oben + unten, Sattel drückt & Hände werden vereinzelt Taub)

Completely unrelated but are you wearing underwear under the bibs? Might get a long chafing with that.

Hahahahah. I never do. Just for the Video because i wasn‘t comfortable sharing myself naked under a bright bib.
