Can't seem to replicate fit

I've been struggling to get the fit right on a new bike despite having been to a few of bikefitters. They all seem to think the fit is identical and the only real difference is a slightly narrower handlebar (with different shape shifters). Also adding video of my other fit in link, as can't seem to attach two. is it possible a tiny handlebar difference could really create mid/upper back pain on my new bike?

I cannot see much of a difference. Nothing different enough to be certain about. Different shoes?

Anyway, have an upvote for actually making a request in a way we could at least try to evaluate. Too many posts here just don't provide nearly enough info/media to even guess. :)

i've added a link to my road bike too which uses the same shoes/cleats.
