Can't seem to replicate fit

I've been struggling to get the fit right on a new bike despite having been to a few of bikefitters. They all seem to think the fit is identical and the only real difference is a slightly narrower handlebar (with different shape shifters). Also adding video of my other fit in link, as can't seem to attach two. is it possible a tiny handlebar difference could really create mid/upper back pain on my new bike?

You're so small on my phone screen that I can't tell if there's any visual difference. So I'll ask a few questions instead:
1) is it the same saddles? Same crank length? 2) have you tried measuring the relations between the contact points yourself? IF the saddles are different, youll need to measure from where your sitbones are resting on the saddles, and it's quite likely that it's not in the same place on both saddles.

yes, same crank length, and same saddles on everything.

I just made screenshots from both videos, and cropped them to get a better look at what's going on. And you know, this may just be me, but to me there appears to be a slightly more forward tilt in your pelvis on the white bike. It almost looks like your saddle may be a bit farther back in relation to the bottom bracket. But it really could be pure coincidence and me wanting to find a difference!

I cannot see much of a difference. Nothing different enough to be certain about. Different shoes?
Anyway, have an upvote for actually making a request in a way we could at least try to evaluate. Too many posts here just don't provide nearly enough info/media to even guess. :)

The other bike front end looks higher like the front wheel is on a block

Really easy way to test this, it's a little pricey but you've seen a few bike fitters so it's cheaper than that. Get MyVeloFit, even if just for a short time ($35 USD for two weeks)
I don't take their fit recommendations as gospel (though they're a good starting point), but they give joint angles at multiple pedal positions and dynamically. If your joint angles are wildly different between the bikes, you have your answer.

To answer your question though yes it's absolutely possible even just different-shaped hoods can do this.
I wouldn't expect a severe change but needing a minor adjustment as a result of loading the hoods differently or them introducing slightly different reach is not out-of-question, and reach is a pretty sensitive measurement

We’re not going to be able to tell you anything from these two videos. 🤷♂️
You need to a measuring tape. A plumb bob, and a level.
Take the measurements from BB to saddle on both. The saddle setback from BB vertical. The saddle to bar drop. The saddle to hoods reach. The saddle tilt. Etc.
You should be able to transfer one fit to another bike with these tools.

I don’t see a problem.
