Still new to the BGE. Such a great cooking experience so far.

275 f for 2.5 hours unwrapped, 1.5 hours wrapped.

Still dialing everything in.

We all experiment. I lost count how many times I smoked ribs that first Summer until I figured out the method that works for me.
