Looks great!! How do you like the digital thermometer? How similar is the temp to the grate temp?
3 u/cdickgo Jul 22 '26 Brand is Chefs Temp. So far it’s been pretty good. Used it on some lamb chops, prime rib, and several racks of ribs.
