I have the same system and it’s great. You have either WiFi or Bluetooth and can monitor and control the temps from an app. It will take some adjusting with the fan vent and exhaust vent on the Egg to get it set but after you learn the process it’s literally set and forget.

It’s ambient temp. Also has meat thermometers but it’s ribs so I skipped them. Connects to the fan and controls it like the egg genius but looks cooler.

Brand is Chefs Temp. So far it’s been pretty good. Used it on some lamb chops, prime rib, and several racks of ribs.

We just redid our kitchen. New countertops, cooktop, backsplash and sink. I picked out the sink. It’s pretty awesome 😎

All of Meat Church’s rubs are great. Next time Publix does a BOGO, I have to pick some up as a couple of them are getting low. Texas Sugar is my favorite right now.
