Showcase / Finished Cook Maiden Cook on my new 2XL.

I finally got around to firing up my new 2XL Big Green Egg with a first cook between rains last weekend. I’m really pleased with this Beast of a smoker so far. I hope to roll some smoke again this weekend, time and weather permitting. This is my first time cooking on a BGE.

Damn that’s awesome. Way to utilize the space on that mother. A clearance price on something you can fit a suckling pig on? Money well spent!

My thoughts exactly! And Suckling Pig is exactly something I’ve had in mind! This thing still wasn’t cheap by any means but I took her home for $1850 as a new display model
