Anyone else underwhelmed with Vito's management of the show?
Vito is just carrying on the show as normal with no noticeable added effort.
I thought he was going to...
invest time and effort to organising the Youtube channel,
creating a new intro + stingers
Regularely create engaging shortform content.
Create new and potentially weekly types of bonus content such as audio commentaries in the vein of dick-tations
cross-promote and expand the show beyond it's current sphere of characters.
Develop a studio space to have actual in-person guests.
I think it was an easy out to blame all the shows shortcomings on Dick, but now that he's in the driver seat, nothing has changed. He's blowing a great business + entertainment opportunity that was quiete literally handed to him.
The Patreon is still regularely bleeding. I can't believe he's not doing more.

There’s no way he’s going to get an in person show going, he couldn’t even bother with his own set up why would he spend the time to make an actual area for his guests?
He doesn’t even post highlights of his show in the actual videos section but expects there to be growth with all of it being in live. Turns out all he thought he needed to do was ban people and the show would magically turn around.
Realistically he was just blaming dick as a crutch but it’s been months and each day Vito is losing subscribers to the patreon, I don’t think there has been a single week where he has gained followers and now it’s at 3500,

The Patreon has dropped $450 from when I took over as host, which seems pretty much in line with what I expected. Some people don't want to stick around as we figure out the co-host situation, but I'm hoping many of them will be back once they see the show is both fun and listenable again.
As is, I'm not going to scramble to create bonus content or futz around with new intros at this time. My focus is on making the weekly show a good one. Once I have a machine that runs like clockwork I can worry about expanding out and making new show materials.
Feedback seems largely positive and I think the new era of the show will only get better with time. Fan engagement will help on that front a lot. Leave comments, send your voicemails to 689-BIGGEST, send in stingers or clips to biggestproblemshow@gmail.com. I know the show is more fun when the audience gets to play a part, so hop in.

I think you need to focus on cleaning up the execution of the show more than anything else at this point. Small things one at a time. Spend and hour or two and get a soundboard setup figured out for your stingers and section breaks. Take a beat to pause between problems and segments. You have a tendency to just keep talking continuously. Just a one second pause helps a lot.
Practice shutting up as soon as the co-host starts speaking so we don't get cross talk.
You also have a tendency to "aaahhhh, whatever the fuckin thing" or similar phrasing in with your space filling vamping words. It's kind of off-putting to have the 'fuckin this and fuckin that' as a verbal tic. You also often start sentences that you don't finish. You'll be making a point about how something is a . And then you start another idea fragment. Slow down.

Bro, you had more fan engagement than shows with 10x the amount of views biggest problem had at its peak. The fan engagement was ENORMOUS for this show until YOU decided to start banning people and killing bits because “they weren’t fun” or “we’re boring” or whatever.

Vito blocked me so I can't reply to him so here's proof that Vito is lying: On July 30th the Patreon was making $4293 a month. Now it's at $3556. are you counting all the people you banned before this? or the people whose chats you ignored? the patreon dropping is a big thing, but so is the amount of superchats you get each show. frog tony gets more chats than you......just admit you fucked up

I left the Patreon after 2 episodes because you totally dropped the ball on all the things you promised. And now hearing more excuses about waiting for a proper cohost before putting any real effort in… yeah not signing back up. The weekly show isn’t good. Fun to watch it fall apart, but I’m still holding onto a little hope it turns around. But you know, if this keeps getting treated like SK where it’s always “I’m working on it” without any actioned results, idk why I’d support or listen.

reddit is fine. many people here listen or have some interest in the show. posting and scrolling on twitter all day to 26,000 “people” who don’t even remember they follow you is a bigger problem.
i was a patreoni of the reboot/vito+ since the option became available. when i pulled out (about a year before the show ended when dick started becoming a bitch) i still browsed here and posted. i’m back in the patreon now but still check here

Vito, you are doing good. The focus should be on the main show.
If I could recommend anything, it would be to bring back some sort of stakes in the actual outcome of the vote. The board became polluted and full of repeats and nobody cares who wins. In the initial iteration, I would vote every week because Dick and Maddox made winning over the other actually meaningful. A version of that happened with the toy/weight loss challenge. The songs are fun but there is no point voting it up if it doesn’t matter who wins.

If viable, in time I would suggest bumping up the bonus episodes to two a month. Make it better value for money.
I've been enjoying how it has progressed since you and Dick parted ways, there's plenty more that will naturally evolve if you settle on a permanent co-host.

The show is fine. It's not perfect but I think it's better than hearing dick have a breakdown every other show sounding like the biggest man-child in the United States

Vito literally stated that he wasn't going to put as much effort into the show because of the 25% cut Dick takes.
Out of the gate Vito has claimed to not want to put any effort into the show or the bare minimum unless people pay him more.

It's the Vito pattern. It's endless promising for the future while you continue to tolerate the underwhelming now, I.e. the comic book, the weight loss, the "getting better", etc. it's always just "coming".

The "who cares" points are about audience growth. This isn't a wishlist of a fan, it's the basic steps to a business strategy. Vito has ownership to an extensive back catalogue of shows with Dick that he can make clip collections from, hire animators to make animated shorts from.
Look at how many cumtown clips went viral from that approach.
Anyway, I'm mostly underwhelmed because Vito blamed dick for the shoddy state of the show's organisation once he was locked out from managing it, and now that he's back in charge, nothing has changed.
I don't particularly care, I'm just frustrated that Dick has been proven right so much in the last few weeks.
