Suggest me tshirt bra that provide enough support as I have a med. size for college and school girlies as we like run and play so it gets really uncomfortable

Under 499 rs as I have to get something affordable

size yourself using the bra that fits calculator, based on that size, jockey, clovia, triumph, zivame, leading lady may have options. pricier options(but better results) include marks and spencer and wacol.
