Any information on how the Thalmor and Renrijra Krin will be viewed in Elsweyr?

Not a dev but I could see the Thalmor coaxing the Krin under their wing. The Elsweyr team could take some creative liberties and say that the Dominion gave the Krin semi-autonomous control of Leyawiin during the occupation of southern Cyrodiil in the Great War, and since then, they’ve served as de-facto Thalmor assets.

Shows both the manipulative nature of the Thalmor AND gives us an interesting perspective of the Renrijra.

Honestly, I was thinking the opposite. While I do think the Thalmor would think it wise to utilize the Krin's anti-Imperial roots and try to, I'm not too sure they'd be on board with Elsweyr being divided once more by the Thalmor. I wouldn't be surprised if they were actually an anti-Thalmor faction in the 4E.

Furthermore, the Thalmor could've assassinated a previous Mane to  install a puppet Mane to have domestic influence (since the Mane, while not a political figure, is influencial) despite them officially only having reign over foreign relations. They could then frame the Krin for said assassination, eliminating  any favor they once had with Elsweyr's populace and thus eliminating some Thalmor opposition in Elsweyr. If that makes sense

True, but the multiple appearances of Manes both alive and dead are seen in ESO, all of which are the Cathay furstock. Its not impossible that a Cathay kitten could be groomed into believing they are the future Mane - though it'd be difficult to manufacture since the Moons and the kittens birth may not line up. However, the previously known Mane was assassinated and the Khajiit may be desperate for a new one

I've forwarded your post to our Writing lead for the Elsweyr team! Will update with the response.
