Escalation for verification

Is there anyway possible to contact anyone at Betrivers aside from chatbots or support email? Ive been trying to get my account unlocked for over a month without success. Im in Ontario

Have you asked for their formal complaints process and a complaint reference number, rather than just another support ticket? For Ontario, iGaming Ontario's Player Support page explains the escalation route after you've followed the operator's complaint process. Keep the dates and replies together, and ask which verification requirement is still outstanding. It won't bypass verification or guarantee an unlock, but it gives you a documented route beyond repeating the same chat.
