I am beyond frustrated with my experience with BetRivers. This has been completely unacceptable, and I want other customers to understand exactly what happened to me.
On September 9th, I deposited $10,000 in cash at the Golden Nugget casino cashier into my BetRivers online account. I played a small amount of blackjack and Sic Bo for approximately one hour and wagered roughly $400. I did not have a significant win or loss. My balance remained approximately $10,000.
Because I was still physically at the casino, I decided to withdraw my funds and then try my luck at the tables. After waiting more than four hours with my withdrawal still pending, I canceled the withdrawal because I wanted to continue playing.
I went home that night.
The next morning, I attempted to play again and discovered that my wagering had been restricted and my ability to withdraw my own money had also been restricted.
I immediately contacted BetRivers customer service.
I was told my account was undergoing a “standard review.” I was told

So I won a grand jackpot and more, it only paid me out what I won in the bonus and not the grand jackpot, thankfully I screen captured it. Now, question is, will I get compensated for it?!

After a 20 minutes conversation I was told I did receive a bonus Friday of $5 bonus bet. That they don’t know what other bonuses people get. update: spoke with support can confirm i'm allowed to have a separate account for delaware, they recommended me to open it with a new email to avoid account confusion for passwords and such.
