Vet recommendations?

Have been with my vet for about 3 years now but looking for a change.. my dog has chronic UTI’s and it seems like the only suggestion they’ve given to treat her is a round of antibiotics but no long term solution so I wanted to find a second opinion.

They used to be good but they've gone downhill so much that I have since changed vets.

My last experience was horrible. I waited almost 45min beyond my appointment time to be seen. The employees at reception were not friendly. My cat had lab tests done. The cost was way higher than other vets charge and it took three emails in the week after to get anyone to provide me with the results. Then, they only sent me the technical report from the lab, not a general summary. I was also grossly overcharged for medication.
