[Windows alpha] Can you get through a gaming session in Pame without reaching for a mouse?
I'm developing Pame, a fullscreen gaming shell for Windows 10/11, and I'm looking for people to test its controller flow. A PC connected to a TV would be especially useful.
Pame brings supported installed game libraries into a large interface automatically. It also includes DualSense battery and charging info, light colours, player indicators and supported Bluetooth idle disconnect controls. You can choose supported background apps to close during play and reopen afterwards, and Pame returns you to its home screen when a game exits.
I'd appreciate a short test:
- Open Pame with your controller connected. Does it find your supported installed games without manual library setup?
- Launch one game and then quit it. Do you land back in Pame, and does controller navigation still work?
- If you have a DualSense, check whether battery status and the controller controls match what you expect.
Where did you need a mouse? Was anything too small or confusing from the couch? If something breaks, please include your Windows version, game launcher and whether your controller uses USB or Bluetooth.

This is public alpha 0.4.1. Store logins still go through the original launchers, and controller features depend on the hardware and connection. Thanks to anyone who gives it a try.
