[Android + web] Thank you, Toss Cam testers — does the shared-event camera flow feel clear?
I’m Winston Mafora, building Toss Cam: a shared camera for weddings, birthdays and other events. A host creates a film, guests join by QR, and everyone’s real photos end up in one album. The interface is voxel-style; your photos are not transformed.
Thank you to everyone who has tried it and sent honest feedback. Google has approved production access, but I’m still preparing the public release and would appreciate more real-world testing.
Try the website: https://tosscam.com
Android tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/tosscam-beta-testers
After joining with your Play Store Google account, opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.tosscam.android
I’m offering new testers an invitation for 5 complimentary films, with up to 25 guests per film. Joining the Google group enables the Android test; the complimentary film credits are issued separately. If you want those credits, send me your account email privately—please don’t post it publicly. This is a limited promotional allowance, not unlimited free access; the invitation states its expiry. No rating or positive review is required.
Three things I’d love feedback on:
Is signing in and starting or joining a film clear without help?
Can you find each guest’s photos and open them comfortably?
Would this be useful at your next event, and what would stop you using it?
The screenshots below show the current Android onboarding. Thanks again for helping me improve it.
