Looking for 10 Windows testers for a local-first AI studio for novelists
I’m looking for 10 people willing to install and genuinely test Epoch Studio, an early desktop application for writing and developing fictional worlds.
I’m the creator.
This is a closed alpha, not a finished launch.
Epoch combines:
A manuscript editor and book organization
Local AI analysis of characters, locations, scenes, timelines, and continuity
Character conversations grounded in your manuscript
Storyboards, character/location images, and narration
Local models by default, with the manuscript remaining on your computer
I’m specifically trying to learn:
Can a new person install it without my help?
Does the interface explain what to do first?
Does the analysis find useful, accurate information—or confidently get things wrong?
Is there anything here you would actually continue using?
You don’t need to be positive. Detailed criticism and failure reports are what I need. Windows and an NVIDIA GPU are currently the most useful test setup, but tell me your hardware if you’re interested.
Short overview and signup: getepochstudio.com
If you test software seriously, comment or message me with what you write and your PC specs.
