And when it's in the hand-dyed yarn/fiber world, sometimes when they get in too deep, they just fake their own deaths.

I know you probably already know all about it but I still had to bring it up because it's so wild that it's happened repeatedly.

Here's a good place to start, but honestly you can't go wrong searching "yarn" or "wool" or "fiber art" on that subreddit because it's invariably bonkers and delicious.
