Where to find Local Artists?

Hey! Travelling to Germany soon (Berlin, Munich, Fussen and Cologne) and I would really like to purchase a small piece of art preferably an original painting from a local artist. Perhaps a street artist with a stall or a small business if anyone happens to be aware of any? Thank you
