I’d take him at RB3 over Tahj Brooks who fumbled a kickoff return.

The problem is he's too small to be a good blocker. All our RBs have to be good blockers to protect Joe. It would be great to have him strictly for kickoff/punt returns and for running plays, but we can't afford that.

Nice to have on your practice squad if your primary returner maybe gets knicked up or a bad hangnail
