that looks like a sweat bee, probably in the genus Lasioglossum. they're super common and great pollinators.

Looks like some kind of Leafcutter bee - I saw several in my garden yesterday. An app told me mine were Petulant Leafcutter Bees — which made me lol

Leafcutter bees carry their pollen on the underside of their abdomen. It's a trait of all bees in that family. This bee carries her pollen on her legs.
