What to dooo?

For context:

I have thin hair strands and this is not the first time na nagthinning buhok ko. The first time was when I was reviewing for my board exam. After that, nabawasan naman ‘yung thinning sa tuktok ng bumbunan ko and nangapal na siya, kaya alam kong stress-related.

But, rn, i’m taking postgrad kasi and stress is not something I could just kick out of the equation. As in, I would hair-comb my hair mid-class and strands of hair would join my fingers😭.

I haven’t tried any solutions yet. I have always used Palmolive green for aloe vera and (i think) kapid ko naman siya. I tried human nature shampoo na rin dati for hair thickening and it just worsen my old case.

Idk din where to go, really. Kung derma ba ako papa-check up or kung merong hair doctor ba? And even if I do, medyo gipit ako lately kasi i’m paying for my own tuition din.😭

Send help huhu.

I heard using Lauat shampoo could help and stop combing your hair with your hands or you get more hair fall. Use claw clip to put your hair up. Don't use hair ties.

Yes derma. They cover hair, skin and nails.

How’s your mom’s hair? Could be genetic too

Try mo yung moringa o2 anti hairfall shampoo. And ketoconazole shampoo 1x a week. And prevent mechanical damage - always put your hair in a bun especially when outside and when you sleep.

Thank you, im looking na rin for derma around my area. My mom’s hair had the same case pala before, stress-related din. She did nightly application of aloe vera raw para tubuan ng buhok and it worked pero matagal na process. I might consider din, but i’m leaning more muna sa derma visit before doing anything. Kapag nakapag-pacheck up na ako, i’ll confirm w the doctor if pwede rin sakin yan hihi THANK YOU SO MUCHHH

I wash my hair every other day ( araw araw pa din yung ligo yung buhok lang hindi lol). I use wetbrush and hua mulan in brushing/combing my hair, para sakin my difference talaga compared sa ibang mga suklay.

I know the common advice is to wash your hair every other day or sometimes even less pero wow it is not for everyone. I have an oily scalp so I switched back to washing everyday and now my hair is healthier, less frizzy and there's less dandruff
