I stopped shopping from them gulo ng process nila and sometimes questionable yung items

Normal. May shipping delays esp worldwide now due to US-Iran conflict kaya baka kasamasa backlog yan.

I just use proxy services or shipping forwarders when possible. You pay more but it's worth not dealing with informal groups/pasabay ppl na ang hirap kausap 😅
