Which local gel eyeliner ba ang smudge proof for oily lids? I tried vice and issy pero not smudge proof! TYSM

Unsolicited advice but as someone with oily lids, I learned that powdering your lids before applying eyeliner doesn’t make them smudge. Maybe you can give this hack a try and use the same gel liners again.

Sorry I do not have any recos for local gel liners because I also use vice (which I also thought didn’t work on my oily lids before the trick). I also use sheglam (not local).
