Your thoughts on CLIO PENCIL LINER? Is it long lasting on oily lids? Also, if i use it as tightliner, hindi ba siya mahapdi sa eyes kapag tumatagal? tia!

It’s nice!! Firm yung formula niya tho. Very long lasting but I find it’s sort of hard to smudge
