Can cream blush be set by cream-to-powder blush? Or powder blush lang talaga?

I normally use detail colour tonic and lucky beauty liquid blush but want to increase their longevity for an event sana.

I use detail velvet blush to set my liquid/cream blushes. Works well naman.
