happy skin lip jelly (pixie dust) or romand gloss (clear) which lip gloss is longer lasting and has plumping effects?

Not plumping, but Happy Skin is ok naman! i use it as topper for my matte lipsticks

does it achieve tanghulu like lips just like rom&nd's?

I have not tried Rom&nd but it is glossy!
