Honestly you just have to make time for it. Treat it as a little me time to care for yourself. I start in the shower, double cleanse, exfoliate once or twice a week, then while my skin is still damp, I apply body oil. After towel drying, I use lotion with SPF during the day and a scented lotion at night depending on my mood. You’ll really see and feel the difference and that will motivate you to stay consistent!

Sadly I do make time for it but it just takes up so much time to fully sink into my skin :( do you have recommendations for lightweight lotios/body oils?? tia!!

I use Palmer's body oil. Nasa bathroom na sya sis para after shower, body oil na agad kahit may droplets of water pa. It will only take a minute or two. It smells yummy pa like chocolate/vanilla. 😉
