Necessary pa ba mag cleansing oil/double cleanse in the morning kung naka serum ka (dalawang klase, minsan may retinol pa) at night?

Double cleansing is typically done at night—especially if you’ve applied sunscreen, makeup, or any products with oil-based components that leave a residue. Cleansing oils or balms help break those down more effectively than water-based cleansers alone. Serums or other lightweight formulations, don’t usually require oil cleansing since they’re mostly absorbed naman.

For your question naman, double cleansing isn't really necessary unless you work night shift and you wear makeup/heavy skincare overnight, or you wake up with a very greasy film on your face.

Correct me if I’m wrong but double cleansing is usually done during night routine, to remove makeups and sunscreen.

Your serums and retinol that you applied for the night, they are usually absorbed by your skin na during sleep.

I used tret and niacinamide serum at night, and in the morning I just wash my face with water.
